SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Sponsors, exhibitors, and industry partners who wish to support AGAUS will be able to reserve a hotel room at a partnered establishment in historic Santa Fe, New Mexico. 

Individuals who register for any type of sponsor ticket will be invited to all functions throughout the conference (not including the closed business sessions.)

All sponsors and exhibitors will have prime space/location to ensure you have ample time with the Adjutants General and staff.

A link with your accommodation information and tickets will be sent after registration.

EVENING EVENTS

Lecture Presentation

$2,800/co-sponsor

Limit five co-sponsors per Evening Event (may sponsor one entire event)

Sponsor the AGAUS welcome reception on June 13th or dinners on June 14th or 16th. Evening Event sponsors will be scheduled for presentations during their sponsored event. Evening Event sponsorships include two complimentary conference registrations.

BREAKFAST/LUNCH EVENTS

Conference

$2,300 each

Breakfast and Lunch Sponsors will address the group with a presentation in the dining area prior to or during their sponsored meal. Includes two complimentary conference registrations.

BREAKS OR SPOUSE EVENTS

Networking Event

$1,800 each

Sponsor one day of morning and afternoon breaks or one day of spouse activities. Break or Spouse Event Sponsors will have the opportunity to speak just prior to scheduled breaks during the general conference. Includes two complimentary conference registrations.

AGAUS CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE ONLY

Networking

$650

The $650 conference attendance option is for industry partners who do not wish to exhibit or for exhibitors who wish to bring more than two conference attendees. Registered conference attendees can attend all meetings, meals, breaks, and evening social functions.
