Please join us for the annual AGAUS Summer Conference 2020!

Arrival is on June 7th, 2020, with an evening social scheduled for 6:00 pm,

Events to conclude the evening of June 10th, 2020, travel to follow on June 11th, 2020.

    All attendees must purchase a General Admission ticket (TAGs, Spouses, and Retirees). Exhibitors, Evening, Break and Spouse Event Sponsors receive two complimentary admission tickets.

  • AGAUS Exhibitor Fee

    $2,200

    Exhibitors receive the following benefits: Conference registration for up to two attendees. One six-foot table and two chairs for exhibiting. Attendance at all general sessions an open committee meetings. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on June 8-10. Invitations to evening social functions on June 7-10.

  • Sponsors- Breaks and Spouse

    $1,700

    Sponsor one day of morning and afternoon breaks or one day of spouse activities. Break and Spouse Event Sponsors will have the opportunity to speak just prior to scheduled breaks during the general conference. Two conference admission tickets included. Additional admission tickets should be purchased under General Admission tab.

  • Sponsors- Breakfast or Lunch

    Sponsor one of six meal functions breakfast or lunch on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Breakfast or Lunch Sponsors will address the group with a presentation in the dining area prior to or during their sponsored meals. Two conference admission tickets included. Additional admission tickets should be purchased under General Admission tab.

    Limit five co-sponsors per Evening Event. To sponsor an entire evening as the sole sponsor (Contact AGAUSsponsorship2020@gmail.com) Sponsor the AGAUS Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 7th or Receptions on June 8th or 10th. Evening Event Sponsors will be scheduled for presentations during their sponsored event. Two conference admission tickets included. Additional admission tickets should be purchased under General Admission tab.
